Comparison of the population density between Germany and China

It’s obvious that China’s population is explicitly bigger than Germany’s. Also that Germany is
a smaller country is no secret. In fact China’s population is with it’s 1.379 billion residents
nearly 17 times bigger than Germany’s with it’s 0.08267 billion (82.267 million). Regarding
the area, China is nearly 27 times as big as Germany. On the basis of these facts you could
think that China’s population density is lower than Germany’s.

But thats only partly true:

Unlike China’s population, Germany’s is apart from conurbations quite evenly distributed. In
China 96% of the population is living in 43% of the area. That leads to 57% ground on which
just 4% are living.
